Thanks for the quick response. I tried to drag and drop it. It enters the patient correctly, but does not add a study, series, or image in the database browser.
I'm a software developer who works with images and video, but the dicom format is new to me, and I have some limited experience with databases. The database I'm using is whatever came with the Conquest package I downloaded from here:

We're new and our db is very small and backed up, so I have no problem in experimenting with it in any way. I've tried re-init several times with no different results. All other images seem fine. When I look at the dicom tags, they look similar to all the other images which are working. Using a standalone dicom viewer, the image shows correctly with correct associated info.
Please let me know what else to try, I'm anxious to fix this.
