    Hi Marcel,

Posting here because the system won't let me PM you. This might be a waste of your time. I just installed the 1.4.19beta3 build, and it accepts and displays the problem image just fine. I'll switch our server over to the new version.

    Thanks,
    Dave

    Hi Marcel,
Thanks for the quick response. I tried to drag and drop it. It enters the patient correctly, but does not add a study, series, or image in the database browser.
I'm a software developer who works with images and video, but the dicom format is new to me, and I have some limited experience with databases. The database I'm using is whatever came with the Conquest package I downloaded from here:
    https://ingenium.home.xs4all.nl/dicom.html

We're new and our db is very small and backed up, so I have no problem in experimenting with it in any way. I've tried re-init several times with no different results. All other images seem fine. When I look at the dicom tags, they look similar to all the other images which are working. Using a standalone dicom viewer, the image shows correctly with correct associated info.

Please let me know what else to try, I'm anxious to fix this.

Here's the conquest log showing file drop about halfway down:

When sending a particular patient's xray to the conquest server from our JM, it arrives with no visible problems in the conquest log. The file is visible on the disk in the data directory. It views properly with a standalone dicom viewer. However, in the conquest database browser, that particular patient shows no series and no images. In the database readonly viewer (right click->'view or edit database' all the patient, study and series fields are completely blank. What's wrong? What can I do to fix this? I don't know how to transmit this image to our radiologist.

Here's the conquest log on receipt of the file:
