What would be the syntax for performing this on import?

I would like to export all incoming studies from a particular device ae = amiud to our PACS ae = amire. On export, I would like to add three leading 9s to the patient ID. Is this possible? The reason is that the location that sends these studies has overlapping patient IDs withour own IDs.
