We have KPACS running on a W2003 TS. Have been using it for quite some time. Everything loading great. Now the new images are not transferring to the Imagebox when queried and no images show in the viewer. Patient data shows up for everyday still, but images do not. Have checked Local Dicom Settings, all are correct still. Firewall and port are good. DICOM config is good. Ran the Renerate Database, did not resolve. We have this happen on our W7 machines occasionally and the only way we have figured to resolve is rename the Host Name of computer and that fixes. This is a TS though and we cannot rename. Any ideas or assistance would be greatly appreciated to get the images viewing again. Kapcs V1.0.1 Here is the log:

We have a kpacs "server" running xp storing all the images. We run several W764 machines with KPACS V1.0.1 that pull up images from this "server". One workstation was working great and now it will no longer pull up images. Firewall down. Network discovery is on. Have tried unintall and reinstall. Need clarification on the database regeneration function. What does this do to the local workstation? If images hosted on another workstation should I choose direct rebuild or resend via StoreSCU? Any help appreciated, it seems the images are not making into the IMAGEBOX folder. I have checked all the data paths, they are correct. AV has been uninstalled.

Using KPACS V1.0.1 workstation. Running Kpacs on one workstation that stores all the images. Running KPACS on another W764 computer to view images. When I search for images it pulls the patient and shows there should be an image, but nothing show up in the viewer. KPACS is pulling them up successfully on other w764 workstations on our network. And this particular workstation was working. What is the function of the Database Regenerate? If we are pulling from another workstation should I try a Direct REbuild or a Resend via StoreSCU? What is the difference?

Firewall is down, Network discovery is on. AV uninstall. Can't figure this one out, would appreciate any help. Thank you.
