I wrote this little application, using DELPHI to monitor the database of my RIS and keep Conquest's worklist synchronized.
It uses 2 databases connections, one for my RIS (Firebird SQL), one for Conquest (SQLite).
Firebird's events are catched too to sync.
You just need to complete the INI with your configuration, adapt the SQL query to your needs and database engine.
It runs as a tray icon application.
It's really basic but works fine for me. Hope it helps....

Ok, so I can do a receiver with something like Mirth.
If I want to write directly to the database, could you tell me the name and location of the database file ? I think I use the default behavior (no SQL Server / SQLite I suppose).

I would like to know how to populate Worklist from my RIS directly.
Can I send an HL7 ORM message over the network to Conquest Server ?
