Conquestserver not receiving images from new digital xray maxhine

Hi Guys

Quick question please

We have a new digital xray machine at our vet clinic and when it DICOM sends images to our Conquest srv I get the following error message

This server receives from all other units fine and has been running flawlessly for about 5 years so obviously an issue with the new machine sending

Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for fault finding - am in discussion with the machines tech team but they are stumped at present

Many thanks for taking the time to reply

Fortunately the tech who installed the new unit fessed up that he had missed a vital setting in set up

Once that was fixed everything is running fine

I can go back into hibernation for another 5 years - Conquest is just so stable!!
