iQ View 2.6 program will minimize itself

    I have problem with iQ View 2.6 after install license key. I rebooted the computer,and running iQ View program the screen for iQ View 2.6 would show up, but the program would not run. The screen for the program will minimize itself and will not run when clicked on.

    Is it possible that I have entered the code incorrectly and it locked up?
    I currently have Kpacs program on the computer as well. Would this program interfere with iQ View to run properly?
    I try to remove KPacs program from system, iQ View is not run.

    Does the browser window show up after starting iq-view - and if so, does the viewer disappear ("minimizes itself") if you want to load the images of an examination - and if so, do you use a one monitor or a two monitor system? I had the same problem described on a two monitor-system!
