How to send images directly to Conquest?

Is it possible to send images (from ultrasound) directly to Conquest server? Currently, i send images to C directory, and than i add them to conquest to see images.

In Conquest, in "known DICOM providers" does i need to write IP address, AE title from my ultrasound?

Just to say, that i successfully connected ultrasound and pc. I enter parameters(ip,AE,port) in ultrasound and pc and everything is work now.
