Standard deviation in ROI measurement

    Recommend adding standard deviation output with ROI function, at least as an option. This is a necessary measure for many image test protocols such as to evaluate image signal-to-noise. Thanks for the round ROI.

    The ROI has some statistics data (mean, max, min) but without standard deviation. It has limited use. I think only two basic quantities is needed: mean and standard deviation. The max and min is only from a single pixel in the ROI that does not have meaning statistically. I have used many different image analysis softwares for ROI statisitcs function. K-PAC is the only one that ignored the standard deviation.
