I have rebuilt/"regen'd" my database several times. I have the folder set for everyone to have "full control". Why is conquest not able to find/deliver the file? It is in the "archive" directory which is why I can look it up thru the KPacs filesystem.
I appreciate the reply, but #1 - rebuild the database. did that and it still happens.
#2 - access rights - opened the archive directory for full control for everyone and it still happens.
#3 - I understand that conquest can't deliver the file because it can't find the file. Was there supposed to be some kind of solution here in #3?

What can I do? Do I write my own application to be an access point for kpacs since that seems to be all that conquest does when it works?

    TIA,

Which log do you want to see?
I am thinking that it might be a field size issue with the filename or directory. Conquest says that it can't find the file but I can go to each machine, thru the KPacs filesystem tab, locate the file and bring it up and view the image. then I go to another machine, Network tab, locate the name and it comes up with a black screen.
Here is the a few entries out of the pacstrouble.log:

I had 9 kpacs systems running with a Conquest Dicom Server up until yesterday. Now, only 1 of the KPacs systems can download from the server or be sent images from the server. What can I look at to fix this? There is error information in the logs but not real explanatory. Any help?

I can only scan one film at a time. I changed the number of films (num films) but it doesn't advance the films. Is there anything else that I can change to do this or am I stuck with one film at a time on my Vidar?

I had been looking at Sorna's viewer when I came across KPacs and Conquest. KPacs is great, with loading images from disks and films. I am putting it together with Conquest now. Do I still load images thru KPacs or Conquest? Can I scan multiple films/x-rays at 1 time? If so, How?
    Thanks
    Scott
