    Dear Aukselis

Thank you for your inquiry. The issue you describe seems to be more a problem caused by the queried archive than by iQ-VIEW. We suppose that your archive does not support the optional DICOM tag "Modalities in Study" in a query. You can check that in the archive's DICOM conformance statement in the section regarding Query/Retrieve.

iQ-VIEW will query for this tag when you make a query from your archive, but if the archive does not support this tag, it will not give a response and iQ-VIEW cannot show which modality a study is from. Therefore only a question mark is displayed.

    Kind regards

    Dear Vincent

iQ-VIEW is not referenced for Tablet PCs. The problem is the reminder that pops up in the evaluation versions. iQ-VIEW itself runs without problems also on Tablet PCs.

However, on tablet PCs iQ-VIEW only runs as full license, not in trial/evaluation mode. It needs to be activated (only possible after purchase). After regularly installing the application on a tablet PC it will hang at the “Enter Key” dialog. To activate the license, the computer needs to be started in the safe mode, the fingerprint must be taken as displayed in the safe mode and then the activation data must be entered. Afterwards the application can be started. Return to the normal mode and iQ-VIEW / PRO will run regularly.

This issue is also documented in our MANTIS system, issue #23

    Kind regards
