Hi, I downloaded zerobanestudio and I i installed the lua install script
In this script, How can I list the the complete dicom images filepath found?
Thanks Marcel, I will try.
Is possible I get a list of fullpath of the dicom images that will be deleted?
I'd like to generate a text file list with fullpath of the files that will be deleted, such as I can check them before.
If yes, could you show me how to do it?
Regards,Luiz
Hi, Marcel
I'd like to use dgate command to delete images older than 3 years of all patients.
I'd like to delete only the dicom images with the condition above, not the patients.
How could I use dgate command line to do it?
Regards,
Luiz
I will probably hide the buttons if there is no MAG1.
I disabled the button and move time settings in this case.
But, you can change it, of course
Nice!
If you share the pas and dfm file I will merge the changes!
Marcel
Hi, Marcel
Sure, Here is it
Marcel,
It´s enough I replace only dgate(64).exe from 1.50b to 1.50c?
Regards, Luiz
Display MoreHi,
after release 1.5.0b we found one leak: N31) Leak after "Host '' will not accept image". Fixed in 1.5.0c
This may be it. Is "Host '' will not accept image" in the log?
Marcel
No, I didn´t see it.
Where can I get 1.5.0c? I see link only to 1.5.0b
Hi, Marcel
I have noted dgate starts with a few MB of memory when launched and when in use it´s going to 380-400MB in Task Manager.
When conquest is not sending or receving images, this memory is not decreasing.
I know conquest uses threads to send images.
But is it normal?
Hi, Marcel
Is possible I set the datetime in the gui server log as:
10/8/2020 6:35:24 PM [CONQUESTLOCAL] 0010,0020 0 LO PatientID (empty)
10/8/2020 6:35:25 PM [CONQUESTLOCAL] 0010,0030 0 DA PatientBirthDate (empty)
instead of
[CONQUESTLOCAL] 0010,0020 0 LO PatientID (empty)
[CONQUESTLOCAL] 0010,0030 0 DA PatientBirthDate (empty)
Regards, Luiz
Thank you Marcel.
I guess the culprit was a Aws S3 third party I installed to access S3 folders.
Sometimes the cpu was going to 100%

Can you help me to solve it?
Log attached:
Mr Marcel,
Thanks, I wii do it.
Luiz
Display MoreOk,
this is huge database. Indices do not work for LIKE searches. Apparently you need to upgrade to a more powerful database. The smallest change would be to add memory to the server or change the disk to SSD.
regards,
Marcel
Hi, Marcel,
I have created some table indexes after read your notes in 1.50b. There, I saw some table indexes suggestions.
The speed is better and acceptable now.

There are 17716 patients called Maria?
Marcel
Hi, Marcel.
No. There are 17716 patients with 'MARIA' included in your name.
For sample: MARIA DA SILVA, JOAO MARIA DE SOUZA, .......
Can you increase the debug level of conquest to see if there is more information?
Hi, Marcel,
Here is the log.
I have some lost dicom images on MAG1.
I think when dicomweb proxy query the databases, It list the studies including those one with no dicom image on MAG1.
So, When I click on dicomweb proxy to see the series/images, It didn't receive it and issue a new request to retrieve the image.
So, Conquest run crazy, receiving a lot of request to retrive the image.
Regards,
Luiz
One last thing. Firstly, the images we viewed are saved in the cache of the client PC or we have to manually those studies (please share the location). And secondly, can i open study directly in viewer by providing StudyID like this
If you understand node.js and looking into dicomweb proxy code, you can see that the images retrieved are into .\data folder.
But, you´d better asking these questions in github dicomweb proxy forum.
Luiz
Ok,
your example "MARIA" returns 17716 records. Is this correct?
Marcel
Yes, It is.
I just used the default install with OHIF 4.8.6.
I read on dicomweb proxy questions that is possible you build OHIF and used it instead of the default.
But, I didn´t.
You just need follow the instructions from site and setup the AET's in default.js file located in the config folder
