    Hi Marcel

That's a nice script indeed! Is there a possibility to run the script not every minute? Maybe once a day or once every hour would be enough. Otherwise it would generate big and unclear logs.

If it runs every minute with my project that would mean a serverstatus.log of 20MB a day.

    Have a good day!

    Hi Marcel

isn't it possible to define more than one ModalityWorklistQueryResultConverter?

I tried to do something like:

    ModalityWorklistQueryResultConverters = 3

    ModalityWorklistQueryResultConverter0 = ifequal "%u","DX1"; set 0020,000d to "%V0008,0050"

    ModalityWorklistQueryResultConverter1 = ifequal "%u","DX2"; set 0040,0009 to "%V0008,0050"

    ModalityWorklistQueryResultConverter2 = ifequal "%u","DX3"; set 0040,1001 to "%V0008,0050"

It looks as if only the first converter (count 0) is considered.

I use Conquest 1.4.19b with MySQL.

    Thanks!

    Hello Marcel, Hi everybody

Somone has an idea how to convert or delete apostrophes in patient names which comes with HL7 entries?

    i.e.: PatientName is " Smith, Peter^Moon and Star's "

Conquest (1.4.17d) givs me the error:

[MASTERPACS] ***Failed MYSQLExec : INSERT INTO DICOMWorkList (PatientID,OtherPatie,PatientNam,PatientBir,PatientSex,PatientSpe,PatientBre,SexNeutere,PatientCom,AccessionN,SchedPSID,StartDate,StartTime,ReqPhysici,Modality,ScheduledA,ReqProcPri,PerfPhysic) VALUES ('91349','987654321','Smith, Peter^Moon and Star's','20080501','M','Dog','Alaskan Husky','ALTERED','','87','','20170203','','','DX','York','','Dr. Seman')
[MASTERPACS] ***Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 's','20080501','M','Dog','Alaskan Husky','ALTERED','','87','','20170203','','','' at line 1

Obviously the MySQL-Server (5.6.17) doesn't like the naked apostrophe.

Do you have an idea for an import converter which detects the apostophe in the patientname and corrects it into " \' " or at least just delete it?
( " \' " is the correct character for the apostrophe in MySQL)

Or is there an approach to solve the problem on the MySQL?

Thanks in advance for any help!

    Hello

I attend to an institut where permanently runs CONQUESTSRV1 on a Win Server machine.
The institut has another site where they run a CONQUESTSRV2 on a Win7 machine. If they acquire an image on the CONQUESTSRV2 it will be directly forwarded to CONQUESTSRV1 via VPN tunnel.

The pictures are up to 30MB's big and for the largest the transmission takes about 3.5 minutes.

The problem is now if someone turns off the machine with CONQUESTSRV2 during transmitting images with the FORWARD command. If the machine with CONQUESTSRV2 is on again it won't resend the image as started before shutdown.

Is there a possiblity to restart forwarding with the unsent image (btw: it works with the images which aren't started yet)?
Or is there something I can show to the user (like a status indicator, status bar), that he can see that there is still a forward process going on?

    Thanks for any ideas!

    Manny

Sorry for the very late reply...

I found the reason. It was a DNS problem, if I put in a public DNS server it worked.
Even better is if I declare on the viewer clients the host and the corresponding IP in the file "hosts" und C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc .

Since I did that I haven't got any problems on that site.

    Thanks for your help, Marcel!

    Hi,

I tried to replace the hostname with the IP in the acrnema.map, but problem still occurs. Ping is ok (Hostname and IP).
If I do the same move on the server itself it takes about 2 seconds.

So, for me it looks also like a network problem, but I tried everything, thats why I placed this post.

This log comes from a querying Win7 Prof. (32 Bit) machine.
But in this network are also Vista Bus. and XP Prof. clients and the problems are the same.
I have the feeling that the Conquest server on the machine with Win7 Prof. (32-Bit) is the source of the problem or maybe MySQL on it.

    Hi Marcel

The "Server" is a standard Win7 Pro machine with one network card.
I already tried nearly everything, like fixing IP addresses or disabling IPv6 and firewalls and so on...
I also set up a very same system in another network and there I had the same problem (workgroup network, no domain).
If someone made the same experience, please let me know.

    Thanks!

    Hi all,

    I set up Conquest 1.4.16 on a Win7 Pro machine with MySQL-Database.
So far, connections to clients where I run Synedra 1.1.0.9 are fine.

But I have problems with the speed for retrieving an image.

Following I copied the detailed log when I try to get a picture with the size of 13.4 MB, it took 18 seconds!
If you look at the log almost the whole waiting time passes by where I marked it.

If I query from the local machine, where Conquest is installed it works fast, but the network speed beside this effect is pretty well. And I can see also that once Conquest started sending the image it's done in two seconds, but until it starts it takes much to long.

    Any idea? Thanks!

    Hello Marcel

    Thanks for your fast reply.

The forwarder that you mention works as long as the mobile system is on. But after a restart the forward queue is empty.

How I want to work (for clarification): I use a mobile CR system with laptop, with that I drive to a patient, make some images, send them into Conquest on the laptop. Review them with a Viewer on the laptop, before I leave back to my practice I shut down everything for transportation. Maybe I connect the mobile system this evening in my practice, maybe next week after visit of many patient.
I would like to have a solution where as soon as the Conquest on my rackserver is present, my mobile Conquest starts to sending all the new image to the stationary server without deleting them on the mobile server. If I have to start a skript on my laptop manually, that wouldn't bother me.

    Thanks again for your help.

    Hi there

    Following situation:
I want to work with a mobile system where Conquest is running as the mobile archive. When I come back to my practice I would like to run a skript which compares the Conquest server I have on my mobile system with the one running on my rackserver and sends all new resp. missing images to it.

I know the dgate command --grabimagesfromserver but this command I would have to start from the rackserver. If possible I would like to start the skript right when I plug my mobile system into the network without having to log on at the rackserver.

    Thanks for any adivce.

As far as I can say, this looks good. But when I try to open a study in Osirix just nothing happens in the Conquest log.

I also tried to send a local stored DICOM image from Osirix to Conquest - that worked fine as well!
(I could post the log, if necessary)

    Manny

    Ok, thanks so far.
The system is not right at my side. Next time I be there (probably Monday) I will check with highest debug level.

I mean I am also not sure if I handle Osirix correct. But after my understanding a double click on the queryied entry should load the image.

Am I right that a manual or instruction about connecting Osirix with Conquest is not available to your knowledge?

    Manny

    Hello Marcel

    Yes it does.

And Conquest is also configured for use with some Win-PC's with the Synedra Viewer in the same network. And they work fine.
There are also some Mac's with Osirix where I would like to retrieve images, as I posted.
Querying is no problem, but when I want to open a image nothing happens. There is no entry in the Conquest debug log.

    Thanks,
    Manny

    Hi there,

I have a Win XP PC where Conquest 1.4.15 is installed.
I would like to retrieve single DICOM images from this server with a Mac system and Osirix.
It is no problem to query studies, but it's just not possible to load them.

Im not that experienced with Mac and I don't understand why retrieving an image doesn't work. While querying, the log looks normal, but when I want to retrieve nothing is happen and also nothing is written into the Conquest log.

Is there a manual or any instruction site which explains how to connect Osirix to Conquest or can anybody give me advice?

    Thanks!

    Manny
