I've found that K-PACS uses licensed under GPL the Charrua DICOM Toolkit making K-PACS (http://www.charruasoft.com/en/products/cdtk.htm) a derivative work that incorporate the GPLed code in it so K-PACS must also be open source, right? See http://www.gnu.org/licenses/licenses.html#GPL
Could I or any other requester download the source code of K-PACS freely and where from ?
