  • Fields in the Image box are mixed up

    I just installed the update for the faster server process. I use conquest as my archive. I notice that when I now pull images into K-Pacs from my archive the fields are all turned around, specifically, the Physician first name is being put where the Modality normally is listed, the patient name is broken up, First name goes to referring physician, last name is in the proper place. Also, physician first name goes to assession number?? Weird huh??? Can you help?

  • Modifying A Study

    A couple of issues.


    First When Modifying a study in the field of Physician and description, I notice that after the modification is complete the data in the two fields gets turned around, i.e.. Physician name gets put in as description and description goes into the physician filed. Not a huge problem but... :-)


    Next. When I import a study like a jpg file the file size expands to an extremely big number, i.e. a jpg file of size 195 kb results as 10 MB after import.???

  • Ineges Received in JPEGLossless Format are being lost

    I have set my KPACS (V 0.9.4.1) up recently to receive images in JPEG Lossless format preferred. KPACS is accepting the images, but when I "Modigy" a DICOM tag such as the Description, once the images are modified and registered the study completly disappears from the imagebox. I have checked the KPACS directory under where the images are stored and there are gone from there as well. Needless to say, regenerating the database does not help either. When images are sent in as uncompressed, KPACS has no problem changing the tags. It seems to be just for the JPEG images. Thought I should let you know.

  • kapcs and 14" Monitors

    the problem may be in the "Display Settings" If you adapt your settings to a higher matrix, this may solve your problem. Your laptop is probably already set for a higher display setting. Just check your windows properties under the control panel for "Display". You can adjust from there.

  • Custom Window and Levevel Sttings

    After downloading the new version I noticed that was unable to access the custom window level settings menu. Under the previous version this worked, but now it doesn't. Just thought I would let you know so that you could look into this.
