    Hi,

    when i try to retrieve the patient name from the scanner this error message was occured on the scanner:

    dicom error found with in wml/C_find message in attribute (0040,0001)

    please what's th prob here

  • Problem in Conquest

    Hello,

    the archiving and the worklist is blocked but conquest service is up.

    The dgate64 process begins to consume a 99% of the processor.

    what's the peoblem here and what's the solution

    Hi,

    The exam sended from X-ray machine to the PACS is archived but an error message is occured on the console of the machine says that there is a failure to send.

  • regen Mag device problem

    Hi,

    The disk on my NAS where i archived the exams is damaged and i recovered the images but when i try to regen the Magdevice this error was occured:

    Can i store the exams by modality in many magdevices?

    for example:

    MAGDevice0 = d:\pacs\CT\ for the CT exams

    MAGDevice1 = d:\pacs\MR\ for the MR exams

    MAGDevice2 = d:\pacs\DX\ for the DX exams
