Good afternoon,
I am new to this application and I am trying to help an end user with the process for exporting images from their application to a format other than .dcm.
The staff member is trying to send out images but they aren't exporting as jpeg or jpg so the end user likely won't be able to view the images without having a special application on their computers.
Are there special instructions on the image export process that would change the format from .dcm to .jpeg?
