Conquest hanging by dgate error

Sometimes we see a dgate error (Message: " failure dgate.exe at offset 0003233a") with a conquest hanging. Updating to 1.4.12 did not help. What can I do??

We are running conquest since 2003. It is easy, normally we have no problems with it.

It happens after calling the server for a study with "eFilm". Retrieve procedure stops after a few images, the server stops and is no longer available. After that we have to "kill and restart".

There may be problems with the queue (multiple calls at the same time?).
