New features /bugfixes:
- improved scout line orientation display and speed.
- left side toolbar settings will be remembered, scoutline orientation will be default
- bugfix: occasional loss of zooming/paning functionality after scout line display
- bugfix: memory leak in the viewer class
- bugfix: vanishing popups in the viewer when a large study is loaded
iQ-View only:
- bugfix: missing annotations/measurements in printouts
