Include datetime in gui log

Hi, Marcel

Is possible I set the datetime in the gui server log as:

10/8/2020 6:35:24 PM [CONQUESTLOCAL] 0010,0020 0 LO PatientID (empty)

10/8/2020 6:35:25 PM [CONQUESTLOCAL] 0010,0030 0 DA PatientBirthDate (empty)

instead of

[CONQUESTLOCAL] 0010,0020 0 LO PatientID (empty)

[CONQUESTLOCAL] 0010,0030 0 DA PatientBirthDate (empty)

Hi Luiz,

on windows it is. On Linux, you have to change dprintf.cpp, and change bAddTimeStamps(0) to bAddTimeStamps(1), then recompile.
