Delete entries in Database where the dicom image in the mags is lost

    Hi,


    I have a conquest database and some data in the tables has no corresponding dicom image in the mags.

    I didn´t like to make a regen because it will be take a long time.


    Is there a way to list and delete the entries in the database where the dicom image is lost?

    Hi,


    There is an option dgate -at that will read all files and list patients with data missing. That is a good start.


    C:\dicomserver>dgate64 -v -atMAG0 | find "**"

    ***Test read failed for file: C:\dicomserver\Data\00000000\undefined_0000_000000_16035752600007.dcm (SOPInstanceUID missing)

    Archival: *** error test reading data for patient: 00000000

    I executed: dgate64 -v -atMAG0 | find "**"


    It has taking more than 3 hours and it continues running.

    There is no return message until now
