Upgrade to Conquest Dicom Server 1.5.0b

I assume windows. As always, just can just replace the binary files. On 1.5.0b the files (exe and dll) are in the root folder and in the install32 or install64 folders (64 bits). Make sure you backup all the old files you replace.

Make sure you backup and DO NOT replace dicom.sql. Replacing dicom.sql requires a full database regeneration which may be painful.

Your configuration is in dicom.ini and acrnema.map, so make sure you keep them. You are allowed to delete dgatesop.lst (it will be recreated) and update dgate.dic.
