Modify study from UID

Hello,
I am in the situation of having two different exams where both the StudyID and the PatientID coincide, and then from the command line to adjust the situation I can not locate the exact study. I think the only unique key would be the UID.
Is there a command that allows me to modify a study from the studyUID?
I'm in the linux environment.

Thanks for the quick response, but I think it is only the solution found.
From the various examples you always post on the forum, you always talk about studyID that in my imagination is not the studyUID, so when I did a non-insertion studyUID (example: 1.2.840.113619.2.81.290.46021.3946.20170414.255713) but insert The studyID (example: 12578) so the system did not work or I found myself in some frantic moments, in thousands of study situations, with the possibility of not being able to uniquely identify a study.
