Hi,
Apparantly the server is out of memory then, and you are recieving a large object (30 MB). What version are you using? I have not noticed any memory leaks for a long time. If the amount is higher, it can indicate a corrupted DICOM object.

i see the same error on my server. the ram on my server is 16gb and page file is also set to 16gb, so if we instll it on some server which is having some higher Ram will it work?

Which version are you running?
this error occurs when reading a corrupted file on older versions.
