I want to know how to change the patient information in image viewer. Hope getting your help. Thanks so much. 
I suppose you refer to the text information that is shown for an image inside the viewer's image processing area.
In our medical device software iQ-VIEW, an overlay mapping is possible, using a special script file. This method would partly be applicable also for K-PACS, although not including all options that are offered in iQ-VIEW. You may want to check the iQ-VIEW Administration Guide in the section about text overlay mapping, using the file "OverlayMapping.script" and try out in how far that works for K-PACS, too. My suggestion: Best use iQ-VIEW version 2.6.0 as reference. It should be the closest to K-PACS 1.6.0.
