Error when measuring

  • Sometimes when trying to calibrate or take measurements in IQ View I get an error message that says Application Exception: EOutofresources- Not enough storage available to process this command.


    This makes it so I cant take any more measurements and I have to constantly be redoing ones I have already done. Does anyone know how to fix this?

  • To receive technical support for our medical device software iQ-VIEW/PRO, please contact your local reseller with all information regarding your iQ-VIEW installation (version number, license details) and a detailed description of the issue. When they have the necessary background information, they can then check whether specific settings should be changed, whether an update to a newer iQ-VIEW version should be done or if it would help to upgrade your computer with more memory.
