Query results error

about problem #1: you are right, the query will ignore the current column order. I will have a look into that.

The second problem sounds strange to me. I have not experienced a similar behaviour yet. There may be some "forbidden" characters in the query result that lead to a database mixup. Could you give me some more information, eg. set the log dicom communication option in the ini file to 1 and query your conquest server again and then send me the communication.log file or relevant parts of it to my e-mail address?

Very strange...
It actually should completely log the communication if LogDicomCommunication is set to one. I propose you uninstall K-PACS completely (make shure that KPServer.exe is not running) and re-install the application. I have not encountered similar problems with K-PACS yet.

Are the ReferringPhysician attributes empty or not existant?

I can not reproduce the error you described with my Conquest installation (standard DBase Database).

Empty RefPhys fields will be displayed as empty.
