Creating folders

you can use the "mkdir" command as use e,g,, "%i[0,4]" to extract 5 digits from the patient ID, e.g.,

ImportConverter0 = mkdir c:\temp\%i[0,4]; save to c:\temp\%i[0,4]\%V0020,000D.dcm

However, this would not count studies - there is no way to do that.

Also, you can anonymize with a script in an importconverter, but the data would then be also stored anonymized.

Otherwise you have to use an exportconverter; but it has less flexibility to modify data.

sure. You can use any dicom tag to name folders and file. I used just the StudyInstanceUID.
