I recently installed ver 9.6.1 but also noted this problem with ver 9.5.5. I am using the software to scan images into DICOM format with the Twain interface using Cannon and Epson scanners. When I click on the Twain button to scan, the Select Twain window will either flash and then hide or totally hide behind the other windows or not be visible. Sometimes it performs normally. Sometimes the next Twain window from the scanner software( Cannon) also hides. The hidden windows can be made visible by Alt-Escape key function but the hiding of the windows is very annoying and slows the process down. I noted this also on another computer with another (Epson) scanner, which uses a different Twain interface. In this case the problem only started with the the most recent version, 9.6.1 Any suggestions for this annoying problem? Thanks.
