IQView 25029 burning CD's that end up empty

    Over the last couple of weeks a customer of ours has had some disks returned from patients that have nothing on them. The Radiographer notes that they have experienced that sometimes the CD Burning happens in seconds rather than usual expected time.


    They are only putting one patient per disk.

    Please note that iQ-VIEW version 2.5.0.29 does not refer to a released iQ-VIEW version. Released were only:


    - 2.5.0 = 2.5.0.47
    - 2.5.0b = 2.5.0.57
    - 2.5.0c = 2.5.0.59


    Please install a released iQ-VIEW version! Recommended is 2.5.0c. However, in the meantime also iQ-VIEW 2.6.0 has become available so you may want to upgrade your existing station.


    You have to be aware that we cannot give technical support for iQ-VIEW versions that were not officially released by IMAGE Information Systems Ltd.
