I can manually load these images through the filesystem tab, but when I try to move them through Conquest, then it crashes. Just wondering if anyone has seen this before?

The way this machine is putting the patient images together concerns me, It's loading all films taken under a single series UID (i.e. two regions, two films each get loaded under the same series, 1 series, 4 images) and I don't know if this could also be the problem. I can send / upload the images if anyone needs them to take a look at also.

    Thanks in advance!
    Dennis
