Query/Retrieve problem

    Hi,


    I?ve got 2 PC ,one with K-Pacs 9.4.2 and the other with e-film 1.8.3.
    I can send studies from one to another ,also i can see the studies stored in each PC from the other but when i click twice in them retrieve doesn?t work,any idea why?

    Have a look into the log files created by E-Film. I tested K-PACS with E-FILM 1.9 and 1.5 and did not find any problems.
    Btw.: if not required, don't use different Store, Move and Query AET's. For instance, change all AET's to KPserver and save settings. Some applications have access restriction and will restict requests from unknown AET's (e.g. KPServerM).
