IQiView Hangs at Startup

  • I am using Windows XP Tablet edition on a Fujitsu Lifebook. When I start IQ-View, it hangs on a small window that pops up after the window that announces that this is an evaluation verstion...it goes no further.

    iQ-VIEW is not referenced for Tablet PCs. The problem is the reminder that pops up in the evaluation versions. iQ-VIEW itself runs without problems also on Tablet PCs.


    However, on tablet PCs iQ-VIEW only runs as full license, not in trial/evaluation mode. It needs to be activated (only possible after purchase). After regularly installing the application on a tablet PC it will hang at the “Enter Key” dialog. To activate the license, the computer needs to be started in the safe mode, the fingerprint must be taken as displayed in the safe mode and then the activation data must be entered. Afterwards the application can be started. Return to the normal mode and iQ-VIEW / PRO will run regularly.
