When images are transferred to outside server, the images are not editable meaning the contrast feature does not work. If I have to lighten or darken the image it does not work.

Can you provide some information about your environment like the kind of communication partners (iQ-VIEW/K-PACS + "outside server"), the way of communication (DICOM-transfer or file-based copies, DICOM files or other image format). How do you view at the images from the "outside server", with a DICOM Viewer? If so, which one?
